Hailey Rhode Baldwin was born on November 22, 1996, in Tucson, Arizona. She was named after Halley's Comet, though her name is spelled differently. Her father is actor Stephen Baldwin, the youngest of the famous Baldwin brothers, and her mother is Kennya Deodato Baldwin, a Brazilian graphic designer of Italian and Portuguese descent.
